Reasonable Use Policy

Felix (“we” or “us”, including all of its officers, directors, employees and agents) is committed to providing a diverse, healthy, positive, supportive, safe and respectful work environment in which individuals are free from workplace violence and harassment. To prevent workplace bullying, harassment, and violence from any source, we will take any reasonable steps to protect our workers. This Policy applies to all activities that occur while interacting with the Felix Platform and third-party sub-processors. Failure to comply with this Policy may lead to removal from the Felix Platform.

As a User, you will not do anything in connection with the Felix Platform that is defined as harrassment. Harassment is defined as any objectionable behavior, comments, display, or communication that is known, or ought to reasonably be known to be unwelcome, intimidating, or offensive. Harassment may also include discrimination as set out in the Ontario Human Rights Code and the outlined prohibited grounds.

Examples of harassment include, but is not limited to:

  • Yelling or shouting to intimidate;
  • Coercion or belittling;
  • Unwanted actions towards a person based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, gender, or religion;
  • Unwelcome remarks, jokes, innuendoes, or taunting
  • Unwelcome initiations, requests, or remarks

Any User who exhibits any of these behaviors will be removed from the Felix Platform immediately. Felix reserves the right to remove or edit User content that is considered to be harassment against any of our Healthcare Professionals or Customer Support Team on the Felix Platform.

Felix encourages Users to provide feedback related to any concerns that arise while accessing our Platform. To protect the safety and privacy of our Healthcare Professionals and Customer Support Team, identifying information of an agent published on a third-party processor (ex. Google, TrustPilot) will be reported. Users should direct complaints related to specific agents to hello@felixforyou.ca for appropriate escalation, and should provide feedback publicly using only non-identifying information.
